This 90 minute workshop will begin with having a conversation on the difference between inherent, acquired and cognitive diversity. And how diversity can help teams better solve problems with greater creativity and innovation, alongside leveraging on different styles, perspectives and inputs. Learn what you can do to engage with diverse teams that are nationally and internationally located and reinforce a collaborative style of working.

This will be an interactive session with lots of discussion and practical examples to broaden our thinking in order to value and encourage differences and alternative viewpoints. We encourage a fun and interactive learning environment, so if you’re interested in the topic, come along to learn, share and network!

About the Facilitator

Huma Qazi is an international consultant and facilitator focusing on diversity, inclusion and leadership. She has over 20 years of global corporate experience with companies such as Eni and BP. Huma has lived in the U.A.E, Pakistan, USA and the UK and is multilingual. Huma designs and delivers programmes on Diversity & Inclusion, e.g. Opportunities4Women, Active Inclusion, BAME Inclusion, Employee Network Leadership etc… in the UK and internationally for a variety of clients. Huma’s passion is to “humanise businesses” and her vision is for organisations to have a more human focus that value happiness and see different people and different thinking as an advantage. Huma provide solutions to enable leaders to deliver exactly that. Huma has an MBA in Marketing, MSc in HR Management, is a certified NLP Practitioner and an Accredited Facet5 Practitioner for personality profiling.
