In response to the LBWomen survey where over 85% of lesbian and bisexual women said they would like to see more visible senior role models, GWN and Clifford Chance have partnered up to run a panel event and discussion focussing on the importance of role models. The event will also give a snapshot of the LBWomen survey results and we will ask the panel to put these into context and to share their experiences.
